There is a round table, entitled “Information to be included on the ID card at the top level” on the Ravenna meeting agenda. Mr. Nypan, moderator of the round table and the EU-CHIC Advisory Committee member, has proposed an ID card model. You are welcome to comment on it.

Workshop 1 Proceedings Still Open for Contributions

Deliverable 6.4. contains EU-CHIC Workshop 1 proceedings. Since the Workshop proceedings are going to be published, project management decided to invite partners of the EU-CHIC and Advisory Committee members to prepare more detailed presentations of the most illustrative cases of the EU-CHIC relevant national documenting systems/methodologies. Deliverable, published here, contains contributions from partners, who responded to the projects’ management invitation. However, the invitation is still open and partners who would like to contribute are welcome to sent their papers to the coordinator or to WP6 leader.

EU-CHIC Deliverables

In accordance with the projects’ Description of Work, EU-CHIC Consortium has prepared five deliverables during the 1st year of the project’s duration.
On the basis of the EU-CHIC GA, CA and DOW, the Quality Assurance Plan (Deliverable 1.2.) defines the document management procedure.
Deliverables are done and prepared by task and WP leaders. WP leaders, formally responsible for the deliverable, shall submit the deliverable to the project coordinator (PC) and management support team (MST) at least the last working day preceding the month of the due date. According to the result of the review, the deliverable will be either approved or refused by the PC and MST. If it is refused, the deliverable will be modified within ten working days, taking into account the remarks and then a new review is carried out (by mail). After approval by PC and MST, deliverable will be submitted to the steering committee (SC), who is within five working days responsible for the final formal approval. Deliverable is considered as accepted, if within five working days from sending, no member has objected in writing to the PC. After validation from the PC, the deliverable is submitted to the EC electronically.
