WP 1: Management of Project, Work package leader: UL

Objectives

  • To perform the overall coordination of the project and coordination among different WPs
  • To establish communication flow and methods between the consortium, EC and Advisory Committee and Advisory Network
  • To undertake the project monitoring

WP2: Current documentation methodologies, Work package leader: LABEIN

Objectives

  • To collect information about existing models, procedures and concepts for the tracking and global knowledge of cultural issues
  • To identify the key players in Cultural Heritage management in the different EU countries, and the classification methods of targeted buildings used in Europe
  • To assess the most usable and interesting strategies, concepts and tools of Identity Card models for future assessment of the EU CHIC directive
  • To identify future needs on RTD development for the establishment of this methodological concept all over the EU

Tasks

WP3: CRITERIA AND INDICATORS FOR RISK ASSESSMENT, Work package leader: UNIBO

Objectives

  • Criteria and indicators for risk assessment will be developed by:
  • Risk identification; to search and analyze existing directives for risk assessment related to monument conservation
  • Setting up criteria to meet principles of CH protection; to critically analyze and priorities all risks affecting the state of conservation of cultural heritage and to set up assessment criteria which meet conservation ethics principles
  • Establishing indicators to determine risk indicators to be incorporated into the final strategy and model
